16.10.2020- Most Wanted: The Cosy Edit

As winter slowly creeps up on us, and it's looking like we'll be spending more time than usual cocooned in our own homes over the next few months, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is feeling the need to upgrade my cosy game a little bit. I've more or less been living in the same rotation of leggings, baggy t-shirts and sweatshirts during the day for the last seven months or so, not to mention hiding under the duvet in my trusty old pyjamas in much the same style. So, with the need for a bit of levelling up in the comfy stakes, I've been shopping around for some winter wonders which definitely tick all of the cosy boxes you could wish for:

Winter Birdy Grey Pyjama Set, £65, Oliver Bonas / Pineapple Print Pyjama Set, £150, Desmond & Dempsey / Gabriela Printed Pyjama Set, £55, Hush / Liv Cotton Flannel Pyjamas, £49.50, Hush / Arundel Shearling Slippers, £55, Hush / Flowers Dog Rose 1/2 Pint Mug, £19.95, Emma Bridgewater / Diptyque Roses Scented Candle, £47, John Lewis / Cashmere Blend Bed Socks, £24, Oliver Bonas

Imagine the delight on my face when I had an email from Oliver Bonas at the end of the last week informing me that they'd launched a new range of nightwear! Serious heart eye emoji vibes. This gorgeous grey set is right at the top of my winter wishlist, and the print is really pretty too- definitely stylish enough for settling down on the sofa as well as sleeping! Next up, perhaps the king of the printed pyjamas- Desmond & Dempsey. I've been a massive fan of their co-ordinating pieces since they launched a few years ago and this pineapple print set is a duvet day dream if ever there was one.

I've got what I would call a pair of 'posh pyjamas' from Hush which I always tend to take away on trips as they make me feel super fancy, so, naturally, I find myself in the market for some more! Both of these printed styles are totally dreamy, and I'm sure that I'll be adding them to my birthday wishlist before too long. Speaking of Hush, these shearling slippers are also completely heavenly, and would make even the dreariest day of working from home feel brighter.

If you're taking the opportunity to embrace some serious hygge feels this winter, then a calming candle is essential. Diptyque are always the best, and their Roses scent is one of my all-time favourites. Similarly, winter always sees me seriously invested in the hot beverage game, and this year I'm determined to perfect a fancy hot chocolate at home- this Emma Bridgewater mug is a dream investment for the months ahead. Finally, these Oliver Bonas cashmere blend bedsocks, which will go a long way in making the chillier days ahead seem less stark!

Which cosy essentials are you planning on reaching for this winter?
